I work with buyers as a buyer's agent. There are two types of agents one who works for the seller trying to make the seller the most money. These agents are not looking out for the buyer but the seller. The other is a buyer agent like myself. The way we work is find homes for you help get you financed and negotiate the contract for you. This service is a free service to the buyer. The seller of any home has already negotiated a commission and the listing agent splits the fee with the buyers agent. Alot of times you will find seller's agents a little pushy to make an offer and not help the buyer with contract negotiations. The way I do it is provide you with many homes to view once you have selected several homes we go look at them and once you find the home that works best for you. Then with the knowledge of 6+ years in real estate I will help you get the lowest price for the home with them most seller concessions for the buyer.
