Hey Mary Beth and Ed, here are some homes for you to view. Once you have had a chance to look at the homes, let me know which ones you would like to go and take a preview of the home. Pick out as many as you would like to see and let me know what day and time works best for you. I need about 24 hrs to be able to set up showings of the homes.
When we go look at the homes I will not be a pushy salesperson I promise. What I will do is open the homes up for you to see and the home will sell itself. Once you have decided on a home that is where my six years of experience as an agent comes into play. I know several ways to negotiate the contract to help you get the best deal from the seller and the most seller concessions. After contract negations are over then I will help facilitate the contract of the home all the way to the closing of escrow.
All I need are the MLS#s of the homes you wish to see.
